Relay For Life
Each June employees, family and friends participate on the Owens Healthcare Relay for Life Team in the race to help find a cure for cancer. The Relay for Life is a 24-hour marathon where teams are required to have a team member on the track walking or running during the entire 24-hour event. The team raises money for the American Cancer Society through donations, bake sales and penny wars.
Owens Cycling Team
In 2003, John Friesen, President and CEO of Owens Healthcare wanted to create an opportunity for talented riders in the area to get more exposure. Owens Healthcare rallies our many employees each year to help provide blood to local blood banks.
Turkey TrotOnce again it's all about fun. Owens Healthcare joins other local healthcare providers for this annual fundraiser for the United Way.
Think Pink Day
October Breast Cancer Awareness month. In an effort to bring awareness to the north state, Owens Healthcare employees team up with other local healthcare providers.
