
Do you know of a senior in the Redding area who has little or no family contact, is low-income, or perhaps in frail condition? We want to know about that individual so they can be included in this year’s “Golden Umbrella Adopt-A-Senior Program,” sponsored by Owens Healthcare, and Today’s Country Q-97. How It Works
Gifts will be provided by service clubs, organizations and individuals. Donors will be given a Golden Angel ornament with a first name, sex, age and a gift wish. We request that all gifts purchased be delivered to Golden Umbrella wrapped and ready for delivery. Monday – Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm.
Who Can Request A Gift?
Case Managers, Social Workers, Agencies, Family Members, etc.
Eligibility
All recipients must be senior citizens age 60 or older. Disabled individuals must be referred by a Case Manager or Service Agency. Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living residents not eligible.
To Request A Gift
Complete the form below. There is a $30.00 LIMIT on all gifts requested. If requesting clothing, be sure to give the proper size.
Applications
Must be submitted to Golden Umbrella by December 1, 2010.
