Who teaches me about my therapy?
A nurse will admit you to Owens Healthcare services, do a physical assessment, teach you about your disease or condition, your access device and your infusion therapy and equipment. Pharmacists are also available to answer your drug or therapy specific questions and to review other medications you may be taking. Owens Healthcare clinicians are always on call should you need assistance.
How do I get my products and refills?
Your medications and supplies will be delivered by our delivery staff or other courier services. You are scheduled for deliveries based on your physician ordered therapies. Also, you can call our office anytime to place a medication or supply order if the need arises. Owens Healthcare contacts you prior to delivery. This allows you to live your life without worry of missing your delivery.
Who do I call if I have questions or problems?
If you have a question or need regarding your treatment, call your on-call nurse or pharmacist. You may be contacting an answering service if your call is outside of normal business hours. Tell the answering service you are a patient and need to speak to a nurse. In case of a medical emergency, call 9ll or your local emergency access system.
What if I need services that Owens Healthcare does not provide?

Is my therapy and equipment covered by my insurance?
Owens Healthcare can provide you with information regarding individual insurance coverage. Owens Healthcare contracts with many insurance companies and managed care organizations across the country.
