How do you make all of my medications land on one date?

We start by deciding what day we will fill all your medications on, this will be called your appointment date. We identify medications that are due before your appointment date and fill enough to get you through to when your other medications are all due. There may be additional co-pays associated with the first month of synchronization.

Can you synchronize my pain medications?

We want to encourage a working relationship between you and your Physician when it comes to refilling your controlled medications and as needed” medications. Some controlled medications also require a written prescription delivered by hand. Because of this, we do not synchronize those types of medications. However, we can get your maintenance medications to land on the day you also receive your controlled medications.

Can I synchronize medications every 60 or 90 days as well?

We absolutely can! We can put your medications on any 30, 60 or 90 day cycle as long as your insurance pays for those larger supplies. Some insurances do not allow 60 and 90 day fills.

Do I have to come in and pick them up on my appointment day?

Personally picking up your medications is not required. We would love to mail or deliver your medications to you for free on the Owens MedSync program.

What happens if I end up in the hospital or have to travel, does that mess up my medications?

Just let us know and we can put your MedSync medications on hold. This does not affect your synchronizations.
