In an effort to help employees save for the future on a tax-deferred basis, Owens Healthcare offers a competitive 401(K) plan to all eligible employees. Owens Healthcare currently matches $1.00 for each $1.00 you contribute on the first 3% of your contribution to the plan and an additional .50 for each $1.00 on the next 2% of compensation that you contribute to the plan.
