Shane Bettes
Redding Lead Field Tech
Shane is the inventory coordinator and Owens' Lead Field Tech. Shane was born and raised in Redding, and has been with Owens for 10 years. Shane enjoys traveling with family and friends and is passionate about building community as a pastor at The Stirring.
Chong Vang
Chico Field Tech
Chong Vang loves that Owens provides him the opportunity to serve his community. When he's not at work, Chong enjoys music, traveling, and learning about, well, just about everything!

Joseph Carter was born and raised in Yuba City, California. When he's not at work, he enjoys MMA and gaming.

Marco Ibarra grew up in Yuba City, California. He enjoys being part of the Owens team and appreciates that Owens provides him with the opportunity to serve his community. When he's not at work, Marco enjoys spending time with his family and hanging out with friends. He also enjoys spending time fishing at Lewiston Lake.

Steven Curtiss
Redding Field Tech
Steven Curtiss has lived in the Redding area since the mid-1980s. He graduated from Shasta Hight School in 1987 and attended college locally and around the state. He worked for Shasta County and retired in 2019 after 23 years of service. He began working for Owens in 2020. Steven has 4 children, 10 grandchildren (with one more on the way). He loves boating, fishing, and camping.
