Outstanding Customer Care (Free Delivery and Set-up/ Patient Training and Education)
Each of our team members strives to care and follow up with the patient to make sure that they are well informed and satisfied with the set-up of our equipment, and to ensure proper continuity of care. Within our service area, our therapist and technician can arrange a time with the patient for delivery and equipment set-up with no additional charge. At the time of set-up, they will go above and beyond to educate and train the patient to ensure their care. (All of these with no additional charge.)
